Our policy lasts 14 days from the time of delivery of the goods. If 14 days have gone since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Since all goods are handcrafted by Cristiano Pierazzuoli, the typical signs of craftsmanship are not considered defects or damages. If you need to exchange it for the same item, You have to send your request by email at firstname.lastname@example.org , and send us some pictures showing us the defects or damages. Being most of the jewels one-of-a-kind pieces, your item might be not immediately available. In that case, You will be informed about and estimated delivery date, then you can choose whether to proceed with the exchanges or get a refund. In both cases, the object must be sent as indicated in the following paragraph.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, as well as Custom Clearance costs, import/export taxes and other related costs. All the above mentioned costs are non-refundable and may vary according to the place of residence of the recipient, therefore cannot be set in advance. If You receive a refund, the costs of return shipping and possible Custom Clearance costs, import/export taxes and other related costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The customer shall accept all risks connected with the shipment of the returned goods. The supplier shall not be held liable for any loss of the goods or for shipment to the wrong address.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The supplier shall withhold the refund until he has received the returned goods and has ascertained that they are intact.
