SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS

Delivery charges may vary according to the delivery address and according to the value of the purchased item. In some cases delivery charges are included in the price. In any case import fees are not included, they are charged to the Customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Payment methods: customers can pay for the product they intend to purchase by choosing from the methods listed in this website, under section “Payment Method”, that is by Bank Transfer, credit card or PayPal. In case of Bank Transfer, customer will receive an email with the Bank details to proceed with the payment.

Payment terms: payment shall be arranged within 2 (two) working days of the order and shall be communicated to the following e-mail address info@cristianopierazzuoli.com sending us a copy of the payment receipt. Should the customer fail to pay the amount due, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the order placed by the customer.

Delivery terms:  delivery of the ordered good, if it is immediately available and if it does not have to be customized, shall be performed within no later than 2 (two) working days of the date of confirmation of the order. Should the required good be temporarily unavailable, or a customization has been requested, the supplier will contact the costumer without delay  with an estimated delivery date. If the costumer will confirm, the supplier will proceed with the order, otherwise the order will be cancelled. In that case the supplier will immediately refund the amount of the money paid, and the customer  shall not file any further claims for refunds and/or damages.

All shipments are trackable. Shipments of items over € 900,00 and insured.
